📖First draft of my book 'The Cyclists' Journey' is finished!!! It's taken me a week to get round to posting about it as I wanted to bask in the joy of this momentous step in my own journey, before opening up to the inevitable 'what's next?!' questions I will be asking myself.

🥅My goal for writing this book was to really enjoy the process, rather than be fixated on the outcome, which is a completely new way for me to tackle something! It's really paid off, been completely freeing and I've enjoyed the writing so much.

Hello! Just had a lush week off work and the socials down in lovely Dorset.

Every morning started with yoga, before a swim in the sea. Despite the wind, my balance really improved over the week. And despite the fact the sea was bloody freezing, I weirdly grew to love it and couldn't believe how much peace it brought me.

It's always a wonderful feeling when the power and beauty of nature, and your place within it, surprises you.

Having the chance to slow down and spend some quality time outdoors felt like such a huge gift, particularly after all the challenges of the last year.

Shout out to @kategyoga for taking my yoga to a whole new level and giving me the confidence to practice it wherever I am, no matter how inflexible or ungraceful I may be, no matter who's watching.

I recently finished my first three month coaching journey with Shannon and it blows my mind how much of an impact she had in such a short time 🤯

I initially spoke to her as I was interested in her transition away from professional cycling, into coaching. But her incredible positivity and different view on the world made me so compelled to keep talking to her, I ended up being coached myself.

Every week was like getting a mind massage 🧠❤️🧠❤️🧠 Honestly it was such an incredible experience and I cannot recommend Shannon enough for all your coaching needs (and the ones like me, you didn't even realise you had)!
